The Denver Citywide Marching Band currently has 1 Color Guard Listing as well as 1 Drumline listing posted for the fall season.
The DCMB serves students enrolled in Denver Public Schools in grades 7-12.
The DCMB is currently non-competitive and performs for parades and large fundraising events like Heart Walk, Light the Night, etc.
Only 1 or 2 rehearsals per week at North HS.
Hourly vs Stipend pay is still pending.
Color Guard position would be primarily flags (5 foot or 6 foot) and students are beginners.
Drumline position is battery only. Cadences are already established and music for fall is still being chosen. Equipment is well maintained Yamaha Basses, Tenors (quints), and Snares (SFZ).
