Associate Artistic Director for MHFB Swing
The Mile High Freedom Bands is seeking an Associate Artistic Director to lead MHFB Swing, our jazz big band, and help shape the artistic vision of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to direct a passionate ensemble, program dynamic performances, and foster an inclusive, community-driven music experience.

• A letter of interest outlining your experience, approach to rehearsing adult musicians of varying backgrounds and skill levels, and how you would positively support our musicians and community as a visible leader of an LGBTQ+ organization.
• A résumé/CV detailing relevant conducting and teaching experience.
• Links to video/audio recordings (if available) of recent performances or rehearsals.
Auditions and interviews will be held in April and May, and the position begins July 1, 2025.
